Gurpreet Jassar started framing houses in British Columbia in 2000 — seven years on framing crews before building his own first house from the ground up. Twenty-five years on, he still walks every job.
That background matters more on a renovation than anywhere else. When a wall comes down, somebody has to know whether it was holding the roof up — and what to do about it. That's the part homeowners can't see and the part that goes wrong most often.

Walk the house together
We come out, look at what you've got, and talk through what you want. Free, and there's no pressure to book anything at the end of it.
A written, itemised estimate
Every phase priced out on paper — demolition, structure, mechanical, finishes, cleanup. If something is an allowance rather than a fixed price, we say so plainly.
Build, with the permits in hand
We pull the permits, run the schedule, and keep you updated as we go. On renovations you'll know before we open a wall and the day after we close it.
Walk it again before you pay the last dollar
We go room by room and write a punch list. It gets finished before we call the job done.
